Jordan Palmer

Jordan Palmer was called to the Ontario Bar in 2010 and, apart from further legal study (LL.M., 2011, University of Toronto; Ph.D. (Law), 2015, University of Ottawa), has practised in Civil Litigation since then.

Jordan believes the law should be fair, accessible, and sympathetic to the needs of injured survivors—not large insurance companies. He brings his best to mediation, negotiation, and in Trial (with experience in both Jury and Judge-alone trials), Appeals (Divisional Court and Court of Appeal), and before Tribunals (including the Automobile Accident Benefits Service).
