Vidhi Acharya

Vidhi brings 24+ years of experience in the legal industry (plaintiff and defence personal injury) working at top-notch firms. She oversees day-to-day operations including Human Resources, office management, business relations, client relations, training, acquiring efficient software, and preparing and implementing in-depth protocols and manuals.

Vidhi understands that excellent client service depends on an excellent team working collectively. Her experience has given her a unique outlook to build and support a dynamic team at UL Lawyers. With past experience as a trial clerk, she guides the team to keep the practice running smoothly.

She believes a positive culture within the firm translates into the best client service. Recognizing the fast-paced, deadline-driven nature of the legal industry, Vidhi brings exceptional organizational skills, consistency, confidence, and a positive spirit grounded in modesty and strong work ethic.

Outside of work, Vidhi is part of a kirtan band and enjoys creating art, dancing, playing guitar, singing, and deepening connections with friends and family.
