About Vidhi Acharya

Vidhi brings 24+ years of legal operations expertise in plaintiff and defence personal injury at top-tier firms. As Director of Operations at UL Lawyers, she oversees recruitment, mentorship, and comprehensive training of a diverse legal team—designing firm protocols and in-depth manuals that ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance with LSO standards, and seamless client service delivery. Her leadership is grounded in building a strong, cohesive team that directly translates to superior client outcomes and case success.

Vidhi understands that exceptional client service depends on an exceptional team. She recruits strategically, trains comprehensively, and mentors continuously—fostering an environment where team members are equipped, supported, and empowered to deliver their best work. Her focus is clear: a well-coordinated, skilled team navigates complex cases efficiently, communicates effectively with clients, and achieves successful outcomes.

Committed to being a more informed advocate for her clients, Vidhi is pursuing ongoing education in trauma, mental health, and counselling techniques to deepen her understanding of how motor vehicle accidents, personal injury, wrongful dismissals, and other life-altering legal events impact her clients' well-being—allowing her to serve them with greater compassion and informed support.

Beyond the office, Vidhi initiated and leads Community Singing with Vie—a welcoming song circle that brings people together and gives back to the community. She volunteers with Nankind supporting families navigating cancer journeys, with Singing Mamas Toronto supporting women's wellness through community singing, and with Art as Therapy facilitating creative workshops for children and adults of all abilities.
